As a Digital Event Assistant, I was responsible for assisting in the delivery of Writers SA’s program of workshops and events over Zoom. This role required warmth, empathy, multitasking skills, and technical acumen.

My research interrogates problematic depictions of artificial intelligence (AI) in science fiction (SF). As a sessional teacher, I was responsible for planning and presenting tutorials that explored English literature in a variety of different genres and modes. As part of my role, I marked a high amount of short assignments over the course of the year, providing concise and effective feedback. At the end of the semester, I received very positive feedback from my students.

As an independent musician, I was hired to create, record and perform soundtracks for several plays and live performances. At the Nespresso Boutique in Adelaide, I honed my customer service skills to cater to a luxury environment in one of the busiest retail environments in Adelaide. I frequently scored highly in company incentives related to productivity and service, and in my annual Performance Evaluation I consistently ranked amongst the highest in the Oceania region. As Stock Champion, I was responsible for assisting the Stock Controller in their role, which entailed organising and itemising stock, as well as maintaining stock rotation. As Delight Champion, I acted as a mediator between our staff and head office, inspiring and presenting multiple innovative ideas generated by myself and my colleagues.
