At Nav I was responsible for the strategy, optimization, and growth of paid media channels including Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Quora, and Twitter ads. I analyzed account history to formulate and implement effective pay-per-click strategies based on business goals. I also worked with other teams to test new ad copy, landing pages, and creatives to perform multivariate A/B testing to bring the best possible results. Lastly, I created internal reports to show current performance and areas for growth. Below are some of my achievements:Improved new customers by 225%, increased gross revenue by 400%, and decreased customer CPA 32% year-over-year. Implemented new advertising platforms and campaign types as full-time marketing channels after research and testing.
