I have worked in sales, service and retention for 5 years, across various different companies. In my career, my interest in technology has grown massively. I find it fascinating seeing new innovations and I take great satisfaction discussing and recommending technology to customers that'll benefit their needs, as well as to make their life more seamless. I have had the privilege being ambassadors for other companies such as Samsung, Microsoft and Google, representing the brand, being shared information of market trends and how they target a particular audience with product design and launches. Not only that I possess an interest in the growing digital market and how certain trends shape products into what they are now, in working close with brands I have mentioned I have developed a good understanding on how these trends apply to their target audience as well as how they capture it through advertising and commercials.
