Working for the Head of Marketing Operations and Marketing Chief of Staff, I rapidly became a key part of the team by:• Taking on the operational deployment of our quarterly Net Promoter Score (NPS) programme, utilising ClickTools to send out over 4,000 multi-lingual, customised emails for each survey and analysing the results in Excel and preparing tailored PowerPoint decks for relevant departments: marketing, sales, product marketing, research and development, service delivery, customer support and a key learnings presentation for the Executive Leadership Team• Learning how to use Salesforce.com for campaign selections, reporting, and campaign approval and deployment via an integration with ExactTarget; then after 4 months I became the primary point for campaign approval where campaigns had to submitted to me for review, including the data selection, before they could be deployed• Being responsible for the development and delivery of bi-weekly demand generation reports combining data from Salesforce and other sources in Excel, including attribution of opportunities by source and other complex calculations, and the provision of summary management dashboards• Working closely with the head of marketing operations on the evaluation of multiple marketing automation systems: Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot and the selection and implementation of Pardot• Acting as a system administrator and ‘super user’ of Pardot and supporting the global field marketing team create and deploy campaigns, involving the creation of HTML emails, landing pages, progressive data capture forms, social posting using trackable links, drip programs and segmentation rules using data in Pardot and Salesforce• Receiving leads and prospect data from third parties and being responsible for data preparation and loading to either Salesforce via the ‘data loader’ or to Pardot, and analysis of this data and generating bad data reports back to suppliers to obtain refunds or replacements
