I have 10 to 15 years experience, in effective management of an organization’s infrastructure, space and assets and how to enhance its operational efficiency. As a facility project manager I oversee from the renovation of buildings to the hygiene management of buildings and the revenue generation through making use of the building. I manage relationships with contractors, control space allocation and maintain facility project budgets. I have project and general management experience in the NGO Sector and the key importance of strategic planning in generating revenue in a low to no income community, partnered with this I have done multiple courses that have added immense value i.e A+, PMBOK, Community and Social Development etc. in order to remain up to date with technology and to remain relevant. I started out in a dual role as the IT and Facilities Project Manager, after six years of being with the organisation, I have officially been appointed as the Head of the NGO, in the capacity of a General Manager with the portfolio of securing both the funding and ensuring feasible, enhanced programmes, where the impact can be measured and proven.In my role as COO, I drive operational efficiency improvements, implement strategic plans for program expansion, and excel in financial management to meet budget targets. Adept at fostering high-performance teams, I am dedicated to enhancing program quality and impact while cultivating strategic partnerships.
