This is my first career promotion, after passing my Management Qualification Interview with 92%. This is a stepping stone position, which I will hold until I finish my degree, and from then, apply to Assistant Manager roles. My new responsibilities include-• Assisting the assistant and branch manager in the upkeep of the branch, fleet health and efficiency• Occasionally upscaling responsibility, and filling in as the ‘day runner’, where I have to decide what asset to put on the right deal, organise ‘runs’ to obtain and deliver assets in a timely and efficient manner, whilst scheduling breaks for a team of 8 people. Customer satisfaction is essential here.• Train new staff members on best practices of the organisation, and offer continuous support in their development.

Along with my university studies, and working part time in branch, I have taken on an additional role as a Campus Brand Manager, where I sporadically organise and manage the Enterprise brand at university Career Fairs.

During my Year in Industry placement my responsibilities and achievements include-• Achieving and exceling in my Sales and Service KPI’s in 7 out of 9 Eligible months.• Generating over £15,000 of additional revenue in Sales over two branches• As customer service captain of my branch, I increased the customer service score from 83% to 90% in two months.• Pitched and opened five business B2B accounts directly because of myself, which resulted in £3000 in revenue for the business, and reliable income for the local branches.• Passing my Management Qualification Interview, with 92% overall, excelling in human resources, fleet management, risk management, and business management• Learned how to manage a fleet of 200+ cars, and a team of 8 people, considering efficiency, speed, risk management, people management and work life balance.• Underwriting hundreds of reservations and helping customers in and out of their cars and making sure they are ‘completely satisfied’ with our customer service.

My Responsibilities include• Replenishing stock promptly, making sure stock are presented correctly and are correctly rotated• Serving over 200 per day customers on the till whilst maintaining a positive relationship with regular customers and new• Serving restricted products and challenging under’25-year-olds• Selling pay-point services and other miscellaneous services• Communicating and co-ordinating the handing over of packages of Amazon, Deliveroo, and Zoom delivery drivers• Working under pressure to prepare Deliveroo orders for customers within the time frame (Usually 10 mins)• Reducing products at appropriate times of the day, and paying attention to detail of sell-by dates• Ensuring cleanliness by carrying out Covid-19 related cleaning procedures on all touchpoints• Assisting managers in the opening and closing of the premises

My responsibilities include-• Preparing food and drink for customers within a small time frame to ensure speedy service for customers, and to make sure it is at a “Gold Standard”• Communicating with customers to take their orders, whilst often simultaneously taking money from another order• Being part of a team that regularly brings in £1000 hours during peak hours in the drive-thru, whilst keeping customer wait times down to 180 seconds • Carrying out Covid 19 cleanliness procedures to make sure that the restaurant operates in a covid secure environment
