• Plan, design, build & deliver the core infrastructure solutions.• Help Account Managers to pitch HCI or Virtualization solutions and convert to opportunity.• Present overall solutions based on customer’s requirements.• Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Knowledge Transfer (KT).• Responsible for the overall design of the solution that will address the business requirements and systems/technical requirements.• Design the solution and support the installation, customization, and integration of the solution.• Prepare technical architectural and implementation design documents and works with the project manager to develop the implementation plan.• Work closely with the project management to define project deliverables and schedules.• Serve as the lead technical expert in the pre-sales qualification and is responsible for the delivery of the technical architectural design.• Participate in deep-dive discussions and evaluate the customer's current business needs and desired end-state infrastructure solution to translate the technical view into the implementation view and determine implementation steps necessary to meet complex technical requirements.• Assess the impact of new technologies on the company’s technical solution portfolio and translate this understanding into practice and knowledge-sharing activities for broader presales peers, account managers and partners.
