• Provide ongoing training the HR service center managers and representatives • Provide coaching and complete performance reviews for on site management & assist with all on site HR processes and procedures• Interview and select additional team members as needed• Establish partnerships with various SuccessFactors teams to identify what processes could be outsourced to the center• Work with the internal clients and the HR service center to define and document the processes, provide training and create job aids• Review KPIs, SLAs, audit procedures and reporting capabilities to demonstrate to clients and executives the value of the service center• Manage the relationship between the HR service center and internal stakeholders to ensure strong client satisfaction and act as an escalation point when required• Maintain a solid understanding of SuccessFactors’ HR processes and systems• Maintain help desk tracking system & ensure performance metrics are being met
