I have spent 20+ years in senior retail, digital & ecommerce leadership roles, including 7 years building and running my own consultancy. This global experience working with major consumer brands across ANZ, UK and the US has given me depth in navigating global/local organisational dynamics and understanding drivers across multiple sectors and channels. I use this to partner with Boards/executive teams globally to develop, implement and execute strategies that deliver exceptional results in increasingly competitive markets. I have achieved this whilst developing, transforming, and leading large multidisciplinary teams, driving efficient and impactful execution within complex environments. This involved streamlining processes, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering a collaborative culture to deliver high-value outcomes. I have proven this most recently in leading the digital and ecommerce department within L’Oreal, growing market share through our own direct to consumer sites and across retailers and regaining #1 brand rankings through strategic guidance, joint business planning and digital leadership. My passion for growing businesses is further demonstrated as an entrepreneur, building my own consultancy and recently, a multimillion-dollar US real estate business as a co-founder and CGO.
