over the last 3 years i've spent my time working in sales based jobs. working in the mobile and telecommunications industry. In that time i've built many relationships with many colleagues. working collaboratively with others has been central to all my previous roles and is therefore a well developed strength of mine. My skills include patience, initiative and perseverance to be a valued and adaptable team member. I also understand the importance of respecting others opinions in fostering an inclusive and positive working environmentMy skills based on sales was to share key knowledge with customers whilst making personal recommendations and establishing opportunities to up-sell additional products through effective questioning techniques .Handling sensitive and confidential information and complaints in a professional manner.Demonstrated that clients came first by building personal relationships and good rapport to ensure they are comfortable thus maximising repeated business.I would work with both business and consumer customers daily, and could change my attitude and style based on the customers demographic, This was very useful technique which i developed as the needs and requirements are very different between the two and would help close sales quicker.I liked to develop close relations with clients, showing that i was empathetic to they're needs and was available to help at any time they needed. I worked in a fast-paced pressurised where every sale counts and has value, i would also ensuring to hit monthly/quarterly targets that they weren't just met they were exceeded, Also unlocking more value and commission bonuses by going 20% over i expected targets.
