I was brought into this roll because I already had flourishing relationships with a large portion of the staff at Diamond from previous positions held at competitor companies. My number one focus in this position was managing mindsets. Creating a buy in from minute one to grow vendor locations and belief in the companies vision. It was a total rebuild and a very successfull one that allowed me to move into a greater opportunity with the company.

This was a roll of constant communication. I managed multiple people across multiple sites and events to include vendor contracts with the San Antonio Spurs, Six Flags, The San Antonio Rampage to name a few. This not only meant exceeding company goals and targets but building flourishing relationships with our vendor partners and contracts that would create future opportunities as a resort development marketing team.

Engineer and Implement high level persuasion tools that adhered to company guidelines and standards. Delivered tools hands on via workshops, roll play and hands on floor training with associates and managers in development.

I largely cloned what I did at a site level on a large scale. I worked with dozens of managers across multiple states. I taught them fundamental leadership skills that allowed them to think as I did and create attonomy. I managed mindsets and largely managed culture to create an eco-system where talent flourished.

Decimate all budget company expectations. Constantly grow and promote talent to feed a pipe line of future talented leaders that I could one day call peers as their careers progressed. I promoted more leaders in a 1 year period than anyone in company history.
