I spent 30% of my time on the shop floor reviewing Hr X Hr Charts, designing more ergonomically correct fixtures for the operators, Instituted a 5S program for each cell to complete in the last 10 minutes of the shift.I am 6 Sigma Green Belt Certified and Trained supervisors and Lead operators on various Problem Solving techniques that did not require Full Engineering support. I was the Project Lead on Marking & Serialization which was the number one customer defect return. I worked with a 3rd party O.E.M and Pratt Canada to create a Dotpeen unit that was linked to a Vision Camera to verify that all parts were legible and at the correct depth before going into the shipping box.I put together new Routers for NPI and added and removed items from the B.O.M's.I ran numerous reports for the operations manager and pant manager for cost of manufacturing specific jobs, and reports focused on the shops overall efficiency in each Post Cast dept.

· Work with project architects to ensure designed space and structure is maximized.· Coordinate with suppliers for the delivery of building supplies, equipment and related resources to ensure maximum productivity for crews while ensuring projects are completed on time and within or under budget.· Maintain communication with customers to ensure the project meets or exceeds expectations, including working with the customer to make changes to better suit their demands/needs.· Successfully led crew of 30 to ensure completion of $3.5 million, 18,000 square foot project within budget and on schedule. · Responsible for daily project management of two crews of up to ten crewmembers on all facets of residential/commercial construction projects, ensuring the staff is fully utilized. · Accountable for adhering to relevant city and county building codes, including procuring permits for projects and coordinating with local building inspectors to monitor code compliance.
