Vice President of Operations – Progressed from Project Manager to Vice President of Operations at a high-growth fast paced home builder. Led day-to-day operations across multiple divisions (NC to FL), swiftly elevating company to Builder Magazine's top 100 with over 800 settlements and $215,000,000 in revenue in 2005. Responsible for property acquisitions, land development, entitlements, preconstruction, purchasing, customer service, settlements, construction, established new divisions, and became equity partner in 2000. Diversified portfolio with Centerline Commercial, optimizing long-term assets and cash flow. Oversight of all company departments, from acquisitions to information technology. Company was acquired by Standard Pacific in 2013.

Strategic Business Consultant, 1995 to 2012 – Provided a full range of construction management and sales and marketing services for the bank. Started as an independent strategic consultant brought on to assist in developing and constructing future branch locations. Developed great trust and ultimately was awarded an open cost plus fee contract for any repairs or new construction the bank needed. Provided site acquisition, design, and construction services for all new branches, temporary locations, and maintenance on all existing banks. Managed failed bank projects from foreclosures and provided all sales, marketing, and construction management required to complete the communities.

Project Manager, 1995-1996 Managed the design, development, implementation, and construction of various types of communications structures and infrastructure from towers to complex switching stations throughout the United States.
