Traffic Dispatcher working out of the High Wycombe depot. The main objective of a Traffic Dispatcher is to ensure and assist in providing a safe and cost effective day to day operation to meet Biffa's customers' service requirements. A key part of the role includes offering excellent Customer Service and supervision of drivers including briefing/debriefing and monitoring their performance working in conjunction with the Senior Managers to improve/maintain company KPI’s. Minimise vehicle down time and to ensure safe vehicle operations including compliance with company wheel security, vehicle defecting also compliance with company Health & Safety procedures.
