- Conducts leak detection activities (e.g. blanket sounding survey, correlation, pinpointing, acoustic noise logging) to identify underground leaks, illegal connections, etc.- Accommodates all types of leak request from Customer Experience and Retail Operations (CXRO) and Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Services.- Ensures compliance with ISO standards such as 9001 Quality Management System, 18001 Environment Management System and OHSAS 14001 Occupational Health and Safety.- Prepares daily activity report as may be required by the immediate supervisor including leak report forms and feedback forms.- Prepares weekly schedule and job order for the program of the team.- Ensures that all members of the teams are fully equipped with safety Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the activity.- Prepares and monitors KPI's of the team such as data monitoring, monthly accomplishment, response time, hit rate, daily activity report and customer satisfaction survey (CSAT).- Participates in equipment demo prior to purchase of new leak detection equipment.- Complies and understands sufficiently all working instructions and operational procedures of a leak detection operation.Expert on the following Leak detection Equipment:1.
