He is a subject matter expert in new Green field start-up project & MEP management, construction, operation and maintenance, building maintenance service, procurement, asset management, contracting strategies and real estate.Ryan had certified by Suruhanjaya Tenaga with High Tension Power 33kV to operate the HT Sub-station. Knowledge on all relevant laws, statutes and regulation relating to electrical system and installation are complied with Malaysia Authorities (ST). Familiar with Electricity Supply Act, Electricity Regulations and etc.His expertise includes providing effective leadership across the regional facilities organization which includes Environment Health and Safety, Integrated Management System (IMS), taking a lead role in both program and business development activities and successfully inspiring teams to high levels of performance.
