Responsible for managing all operational aspects of Gana-A’Yoo’s (GYL) growing family of subsidiary companies including business development, as well as assisting in developing, implementing, and administering the corporation’s strategic plan. Provides the leadership, management, and oversight necessary to ensure that the GYL Family of Companies have the proper operational controls, performance metrics, culture of accountability, administrative and reporting procedures, and human resources support structure in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial health and operating efficiency. Works to identify acquisition targets, new target markets and core competencies to promote the organization’s profitability and sustainability. Acts as the executive sponsor over GYL’s eight subsidiary companies hundreds of simultaneous projects in the areas of construction, demolition, munitions manufacturing, information technology, custodial and operations & maintenance across the U.S and OCUNUS locations.

Oversee all commercial projects and programs ranging from spinning up minority business enterprise (MBE) strategies, obtaining MBE certifications for multiple subsidiaries, M&A due diligence work, planning multiple conceptual design projects, managing multiple multi-year corporate remodel projects, as well as land acquisitions both in Anchorage and Valdez.

Oversee all of Chugach Alaska Services (CAS) day to day operations. The position encompasses budgeting, marketing, bidding, capturing, and overseeing all existing and new projects for Chugach Alaska Services, LLC (staffing Alaska's oil and gas industry) and its multiple subsidiaries.

Responsible for all day to day operations of Teya Services, LLC operations (accounting, legal, risk, project management and business development) and oversight of Teya Technologies, LLC projects.

Successfully managed the installation of projects ranging from several thousand to several hundred million dollars where his contributions encompassed contractor management, project coordination and owner representation as well as engineering cost reviews, design reviews and project closeout(s).Worked as the Lead Field Engineer / Owners Representative on the $150 million dollar South Terminal Seismic and Security Retrofit project at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. This project was a multi-phase / multi-year project that invovled keeping parts of the terminal live at all times to allow for the airport to continue to function and generate revenue.In between airport phases, served as a Project Manager at Providence Alaska Medical Center on a large scale consolidation of both cardiology and radiology departments into one joint waiting and service area, installed a heli refueling station for the LifeGuard helicopter, rennovated several Cath labs into state of the art labs, created space for the construction of a Cardiovascular Observation Unit, Cardiovascular Intervention Unit and remodeled an Accute Critical Care Unit. Also served as Field Engineer at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport Concourse C new terminal project. Responsible for providing quality assurance for all architectural phases of the project including roofing inspections and engineering, installation of 120,000 square feet of granite tile, overseeing the installation of multiple miles of new baggage belts and coordination of multiple contractors throughout the 450,000 square foot facility.

As the COO, helped to establish the company in the early years with setting up the company's operating agreement, corporate accounts, logo, branding, very first installations at The Cleveland Clinic and Providence Alaska Medical Center, as well as the writing the 510K submittal approved by the FDA.

Worked at Southcentral Foundation as a Contracts Administrator and Project Manager. In addition to assisting with the management of clinic contracts and contractors in addition to managing the installation of a private copper/fiber network throughout Southcentral Foundation's Anchorage campus.

At the Indian Health Service, worked as an assistant to the Legislative Director on health care reform during the Clinton years.

Intern for Congressman Don Young and then a Legislative Assistant for The Post Office and Civil Service Sub-committee. This was the committee that was overseeing reforms in the Postal Service.
