Having spent the last 20 years on my acting career I have experienced, seen and witnessed myself and others deal with self-sabotaging behaviors, being self-critical, and repeating stories that keep people stuck in the victim mentality. Going through my own self-discovery, self-acceptance and self-awareness, I have taken the deep dive into changing my own story, reframing my mindset and inner monologue to live a more down to earth, authentic, passionate life. This is what spawned me into becoming a coach and guide for others to find freedom from self-sabotage. I am here to help guide others to live a more authentic life with themselves, their families and careers.
