· Regularly review and evaluate the performance of team members in order to ensure the highest standards of guest service are being met· Oversee the training and development of new front line and supervisory staff· Verify and oversee large payments in order to ensure accuracy and compliance with all policies and regulations· Forecast casino occupancy using historical volumes, events, and other indicators in order to inform decisions regarding weekly staffing levels and overall staffing needs of the department· Work with all departments to resolve guest disputes and requests
