Charter member of first internship program for Sun Pharma's US Commercial Operations. This summer assignment was designed to provide a broad exposure to various departments within the organization. Primary responsibilities include analytics support for the Market Access team. As a member of the Branded Dermatology Summer Internship program I supported Sales, Sales Training, Sales Operations, as well as the Marketing teams for eight products within the Branded Division. Over the course of this internship, my primary responsibilities were: - The creation of a Sales Analytics Tool for the Market Access team to provide data analytics to the broader organization for multiple access programs. - Led the creation of multiple product module assessments. - Responsible for the automation of multiple product module assessments. - Developed the Onboarding Guide for the new hires on the Market Access team. - Integral in the development of training support materials for two upcoming product launches within the US. - Performed multiple ride-alongs with sales professionals from various business units. - Broad exposure to Manufacturing, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership departments. - Participated in capabilities presentations for the identification of new vendors for contract creation of various business units. - Closely managed the statement of work and contracting process for the Sales Training department.
