In this role I successfully managed programs of infrastructure upgrade and maintenance projects of annual values ranging from $12 to $20 million, comprising 20 to 30 projects on and around the highly regulated and constrained Sydney Trains urban rail network. Programs included bridge renewals, bridge safety improvements, retaining walls and track slab noise and vibration abatement. I led, developed and empowered a diverse and highly capable team of project managers, project engineers, site managers, procurement and contract specialists, and various others in technical and project support roles.
