As General Manager of a 150,000 sq ft electronics manufacturing and remanufacturing site, I was responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, including manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, customer service, and internal sales. This facility was a Tier 1, IATF Certified, supplier in the automotive industry, featuring multiple electronics and mechatronics manufacturing lines, along with extensive remanufacturing capabilities.In this role, I led a team of approximately 300 people, ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of the site. My leadership was pivotal in driving efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting customer expectations in a highly competitive market.

As the Engineering Manager, I led an innovative engineering group of 20 direct reports, driving the development of manufacturing and remanufacturing projects across electronics, mechanical, and mechatronics. My leadership included overseeing the development of electronics manufacturing processes, including SMT, box build, & reman operations.In collaboration with the company President, I contributed to business development efforts with OE, Tier 1, and aftermarket customers, managing an indirect team of three sales personnel and handling quoting and cost assessment operations. I also implemented and managed a Project Management group focused on new product launches, leading to an 80% improvement in on-time PPAP launches and a 40% reduction in reverse engineering lead-time.During my tenure, I spearheaded initiatives to enhance quality systems and controls, ensuring compliance with ISO, TS, and IATF standards.
