I developed from-scratch project methodology, standard operating procedures and processes for an end-to-end, one-year project.Tasked by the CEO, I directed the operations for the multi-elemental data collection (and analysis) for 10-20 high-profile law firms in the metro Detroit area.A self-taught project manager at the start of this role, I configured the project’s workflow with the workplace management dashboard, Asana, and database in Microsoft Access. Organizing the boots on the ground for the lead testing (among other elements) across 1,000 participants was no small feat. I coordinated the ten-member team of research assistants and data entry professionals for streamlined testing efforts to prepare (and manipulate) data-driven reports for court proceedings.I’m most proud of adapting my clinical training to execute effective project management methodology to impact the public health crisis that affected so many in Flint, Michigan.As my one-year contract ends, I’m looking for my next opportunity to employ my savvy project management skills and new industry certifications (Certified Scrum Master (CSM) + Associate Project Manager (CAPM)) within the MedTech industry.

I increased therapy effectiveness by 30% by establishing the clinic’s first multidisciplinary treatment procedures across various treatment providers.Accelerating the discharge rate by 20%, boosting clinic profitability, was just another bonus of the new umbrella program I created.Hired as a behavior analyst, I was quickly promoted within five months to not only oversee 15 master-level clinicians but to direct the priorities (and growth) of the clinic. Reporting directly to the CEO, I prioritized operational transparency through executive-level reporting and regular touch-bases.I laid the groundwork and growth plans for two new revenue streams that doubled the clinic client load and generated more than $50K year-over-year. This fast-paced growth led to an eventual opening of a second clinic location after my departure.When I look back at my time, I am most proud of my direct hand in taking clinic services to the home. I spearheaded the development of the home-based therapy extension, creating the standard operating procedures of the treatment that is still successful today.

I spearheaded the Northwest regional expansion for the clinic.Hired with zero processes in place in the new region, I had my hands in it all from building executive-level processes from the ground up to acting as a boots-on-the-ground provider liaison, in addition to managing my own client portfolio.Leading without a roadmap was indicative of this role. I relied on my knack to build trust quickly to create a robust caseworker referral network that maximized clinicians’ caseloads (that hadn’t existed before) and my strong leadership orientation to create clear timelines and documentation processes.With a keen eye for continuous improvement, I spotted gaps in billing and reimbursement processes preventing losses up to $10,000 and saving 10 hours monthly trading paper pushing for digital processes.Recognized by the state of Indiana for program innovation, I’m pleased to have impacted cancellation rates by 20%, advancing clinic effectiveness.
