I am responsible for the execution of marketing activities in Independent, Multiple, Cash and Carry and Wholesale retailers located within the territory. Aiming to meet customer and consumer requirements whilst maintaining ongoing relationships with retailers in my territory. I am also constantly scouting for new retailers within my territory, with an aim to grow my patch and make the area as profitable as possible by driving sales, marketing and business development functions, including new product roll out, and finding new ways to market within the confines of strict government legislation.

Working for the world’s leading Drinks Company looking after the M62 Corridor. I was held accountable for full territory trade and marketing. Primarily selling in excess of twenty brands into independent retails. I was also in charge of price checking and auditing with cash and carry and key accounts.

As a Territory Manager for Diageo I was given a number of takes which involved.Supporting and ensuring a number of distributive accounts have the correct stock levels also at a suitable standard.Making sure all promotions are running correctly and accordingly at the time.I also do days in trade to promote our brands to maximise sales.My responsibilities also included making sure our independents and symbol groups are running to a high standard which this is an key as it is a large area. I would gain new distribution points and maintain existing lines which they are happy to continue to use within these stores.I also planogramed all products and maintained my space,which could also gain extra space where I could with a PDU. I have continued hit all my targets and was awarded the best territory manager in the north and also best in UK in 2009 for going above and beyond all targets set by 25%.
