I have been working in the construction industry for over twenty years with a track record of successful projects and relationships. In my role as Executive Vice President, I oversee multiple teams, projects, pursuits and clients. I enjoy the challenge each day brings and the ability to work through obstacles and find common ground in order to execute successful projects for all stakeholders.During my career, I have progressed from field management to Program Manager to Executive Vice President while working on a variety of project types including industrial, high rise multi-family, senior living, campus planning, educational, affordable housing and rehabilitation projects. On each and every project, I have demonstrated a passion for improving the project and approach to construction, as well as the community surrounding the project.Over the last few years, I have grown rapidly in my positions thanks to a strong work ethic and relationship building skills. Through my variety of project and client experiences, I have maintained a positive attitude and have found ways to resourcefully integrate each project team member into the success of the overall project. I describe myself as a motivated leader, problem solver and a proactive thinker whose perspective on the overall process allows for improved performance and operations.
