About Ryan Keepers
Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with strong background in design and CAD modelingI have always had a love for engineering, taking apart and reassembling everything ever since I was little. When I got old enough to drive, I loved working on my car, just because I had something to tinker with. I took engineering classes in high school, where I learned some coding, as well as CAD programs, which I really resonated with. I earned my BSME from Kennesaw University, and took some additional CAD courses, just for my own self-interest. I also worked as an Intern at a materials handling equipment company for 3 years while I was in college, which helped me achieve an engineering role at a Pumping Systems company, where I currently work.In my spare time, I mainly work on my cars, a Miata for learning how to tune for performance, and a Ranger that I built into an offroad camper, complete with a home-built fused control panel to power the camper's electrical system safely. Other projects include a Formula 1 Leaderboard that updates after each race, a home built simulator racing rig, and a sand rover able to autonomously navigate to a water source, collect a sample, and determine salinity.
