In my role I focus on supporting client requirements and creating deliverables. This involves planning drawings and applications, construction drawings for one off housing and industrial units, dealing with clients, and site visits.

This role focused on process improvements and design. This involved tool assembly, improving assembly process, writing assembly manuals and pre dispatch check sheets, designing bespoke tooling for customers, designing and building quality control jigs, inventory control, designing and building a simulation rig which was showcased at European Blechexpo, and preparing machines for show exhibitions.

I began this role in 2018, and continued it while also becoming an In-Die engineer in 2019. This role focused on quality control, which involved dealing with customer issues, liaising with parts origin companies in America and China to root cause issues and develop new SOP’s to prevent issue recurring, and creating and maintaining a database used to log and track quality issues.

This role focused on general machine servicing across Europe. This involved testing, pre-dispatch inspections, fault finding and repair, customisation, writing manuals and check-sheets, providing service training at various European manufacturing sites, and general machine servicing at customer sites.

This role involved manufacturing products using multiple processes, tools and machines, performing general maintenance of machines to ensure they ran at maximum efficiency, checking parts at regular intervals to make sure they were within the tolerances of the manufacturing drawings, and completing production logs for each job.
