Managed and mentored a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and user researchers that designed and developed the customer and internal facing platforms and marketing portals for PTC University.Improved the customer experience to help drive customer satisfaction and meet business KPIs. I also ensured that our user experience remained ahead of competitors by managing the modernization of our product designs, technology needs, and digital marketing capabilities.Under my leadership, my team and I launched two major iterations of PTC University's marketing presence in 2020, helping drive the discovery and customer aquisition of PTC Univeristy offerings.

Crafted the product definition, UX, UI Design, and UI development across multiple training platforms.Transformed the user experience and reduced maintenance costs by combining three major training applications into one. This application currently has greater than 1 million sessions per year.Increased the value of PTC University training by developing the experience for an in-product performance support tool.
