In this role, I oversee the overall operations of finance, accounting, treasury, and audit departments to increase organizational productivity. I am directing the transformation of full ERP and accounting software to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Along with reviewing and updating shared monthly financial and management reports within a set time, I am also responsible for the development and implementation of company operating budgets, while ensuring compliance with set standards.
