- Lead Agent for T. Parker Host training regimen in Home office, responsible for the training of 25 Agents during tenure. - Performing all duties in the capacity of Charterer’s or Owner’s appointed Agent. - Generation of Proforma Disbursement Accounts for voyage expense estimation. - Facilitating all vessel pre-arrival formalities between ship and shore, US CBP, USCG.  - Coordinating all necessary vessel Husbandry services, estimating and accounting for Owner’s expenses. - Confirming receipt of port funds, tracking funds during vessel’s call, requesting additional remittance if scope of services grows from PDA. - Attending vessels on arrival, daily, and upon completion of cargo ops. Overseeing cargo hold inspections, and facilitating hold cleaning operations when necessary.  - Optimizing cargo STEM and reducing duration of port call wherever possible. Assisting with / mitigating Master’s letters of protest or dead freight. - Generating Statement of Facts, publishing cargo documents, providing Post Departure DAs.
