-Responsible for all of software deliverables for an infotainment system-Leads a team of software domain leads including HMI, Connectivity, FuSa, Cybersecurity, Projection, Audio, Vehicle Networks, and Video-Manages software delivery plan across multiple suppliers-Works with systems and design teams to develop core requirements-Interact with validation teams to identify testing cadence and appropriate test coverage-Works with suppliers to develop core architectual implementation

-Owns HMI/UX features within the infotainment system. Serves as subject matter expert for these features-Works with internal and external suppliers to make sure that program deliverables are defined and issues are resolved in a timely manner-Identify, track, and facilitate external development dependencies with other teams-Leads issue identification and resolution for infotainment features-Creates and leads vehicle level test and development programs to evaluate and calibrate the performance of infotainment features-Work with validation teams to triage issues and assist in communicating status of open issues to management-Supports management reviews and provide regular status updates to leadership teams-Bridges multiple disciplines, including Engineering, Information Technology, Technical Support, and Marketing, to make appropriate system-level design trade-offs and to identify, capture and refine system requirements and to identify innovation opportunities

-Lead two display platform delivery teams. Plan team sprint activities while managing long-term delivery milestones. Assist with candidate selection and management of global team workforce. Report on progress, accomplishments, and risk factors to customers and stakeholders. -Interact with hardware, machine subsystems, telematics, and machine customer teams to deliver production displays on time, within budget, and with quality.-Facilitate agile stand-ups, estimation meetings, and value team planning.-Develop software for embedded machine infotainment display platforms (Linux, Windows, C#, C++, XML). Integrate J1939, Ethernet, and proprietary data links with multiple machine subsystems. -Write detailed acceptance test plans and feature requirement stories.
