I am currently employed as National Employer Services Manager for Fedcap UK, directly managing a team of employer solutions consultants , responsible for promoting the recruitment services of Fedcap to employers across Scotland and building strong relationships on a local, regional and national levelThe team concentrates on finding sustainable job outcomes for our candidate base and work on behalf of a truly committed and versatile workforce that can add real value to employers’ businesses, we have the capacity to train and induct our customers in a wide variety of trades, disciplines and sector-specific skills.
