Ryan Kintz is Co-Founder of Afton Tickets. I have long had a passion for live performances, co-founding Afton Shows in 2004, Afton Tickets in 2015, and Afton LiveStream in 2020, all with a goal of making live events more accessible. With deep expertise working as a booking agent, talent buyer, promoter, and concert producer, Ryan has brought decades of learning and combined it all into the current Afton platform. Booking over 200,000 unsigned bands and musicians across the U.S. has helped Ryan to understand how to work best with talent. By ticketing some of the largest concert and festivals across the US, Ryans understands the services and products that venues and promoters really need. Ryan takes these learnings, and strives to help creators across the ecosystem put on better events and grow their business.On the personal side, music is in Ryan’s DNA. He devoted many years to his band, Faded, and continuesto play guitar, mandolin, and sing. He writes and records music, and goes to a ton of concerts.Current favorite bands include The Dear Hunter, War on Drugs, Manchester Orchestra, & Portugal. The Man. My favorite artist of all-time is Tom Petty (RIP) & the Heartbreakers. Throughout his long journey in the industry, Ryan is lucky to have the best possible business partner, and wife, Amy Kintz. Together they have two strong and confident daughters who are growing to become amazing musicians in their own right.
