Email: kitch91@live.co.uk Career Profile OverviewI started my 4 Year apprenticeship with Bay Fabrications Ltd in 2009 at age 17, where I studied Welding and Fabrication at Lancaster and Morecambe college. Through this I acquired relevant qualifications in my field to progress to the next stage in my career. I have learnt various forms of welding including MIG, TIG, MMA, and gas welding along with sheet metal work. As part of this I completed a sheet metal drawing course. I was also awarded apprentice of the year.I am currently working at Bay Fabrications where I have remained in the same employment for the last twelve years. Through this employment I have expanded my knowledge within the industry which include working on steam and heating systems in the local NHS hospitals and factories which involves manufacturing parts and installation of steam and Gas pipework systems as well as maintaining these systems to operate safely at the highest possible standards.
