As an HR Associate Partner, I have had the opportunity to learn and grow both personally and professionally. I have developed many great working relationships in the role, and got to learn a lot about interpersonal skills along the way. I have shown how customer-centric approaches can help employees as well as the business, as everyone I am able to help is my customer!

I was an Outbound Ship Dock employee who took charge of captain ships in multiple areas of the dock. I was also cross trained into pick. I then became a learning ambassador and a learning PG, where i learned many new skills.

As a Planet fitness team lead, I was a dedicated team player who lead a team of member representatives to reach and exceed sales and sales goals. I used leadership and communication skills to make sure the team not only met sales and learned new skills, but also to ensure we completed our daily tasks of cleaning different sections. I also perfected my customer service skills while communicating with guests on a daily basis, building connections with our guests, and also being able to have those tough conversations when we had people with an overdue balance or were not following policy.
