Hello! My name is Ryan Koch and I am an experienced product/portfolio manager with over 10 years of experience in the insurance tech industry. I am passionate about the intersection of technology, design, and business strategy and have been delivering outcomes and key results across large programs ($1M-$10M+) across value streams that span product and domain teams.My journey in product management began sitting within the business and having a curiosity for how products are designed and what I could do to make them better. Over the years, I've had the privilege of leading cross-functional teams across the globe through the entire product lifecycle, from vision to implementation.What sets me apart as a product manager is being able to connect with stakeholders in both the business and within IT. I believe that shifting from outputs to outcomes is the cornerstone of building successful products and delivering value to the business.
