Groundskeeper
Working 7 days a week from 6:30AM-2:30PM. Mowing greens, raking bunkers, spraying tees, operate heavy machinery when cutting fairways, changing cups, trimming, edging, gardening basics, working overtime. I left this job in August because I was heading back to College.
Service Porter
My duties here were to take cars through the company car wash. Clean their wheels, vacuum their seats, as well as drying and window cleaning. As well as delivering customer cars back to the customer and delivering the rental car safely back to the company. I did enjoy the work because I enjoy cars it is one of my hobbies. However, the pay was not enough for me to drive 45 minutes there everyday for 5 days a week. I didn't get a sense of fulfillment while working this position.
Pizza Cook/Driver
Began as a cook in the kitchen, answering phone calls, and making pizza. I quickly realized the money to be made was delivering, so I began doing that and made on average $15-$25 a night including tips and hourly pay. I stayed at this job for so long because of how good the money was for the little amount of work, but realized later that the manager there was not a morally good person.
Summer Camp Counselor
Planning and leading children throughout the day. Having multiple groups at my station, maintaining and ensuring their safety. Emergency first aid provider. Setting an example as a role model.
