I'm currently a principal software engineer, systems architect, and product owner with Harman Professional Solutions developing business and entertainment A/V systems. I work with product management to define requirements, design software architecture and lead a mid-sized team of engineers through implementation, testing, and release. In my time at Harman I've led the team through the release of new, industry leading, venue configuration and control softwareMy domains of technical expertise in this role included Typescript/Javascript UI engineering using Angular; high performance WebGL graphics using Pixijs, and Threejs frameworks; and cross platform C++ webengine and networking infrastructure utilizing QT.Previously I worked with L3 Link Simulation and Training developing graphical and auditory interfaces to a variety of air vehicle simulators. Prior to that, I worked at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics on the F35 program as well as in Lockheed's Skunkworks R&D division. In these roles I gained extensive experience with embedded systems engineering, OpenGL and graphics design principals, avionics, low level networking protocols and paradigms, radio communications, multiple programming markup and scripting languages, numerous object oriented design patterns, and large scale full life cycle software development practices. In addition I served in technical leadership and customer facing roles providing guidance to a 4+ engineer team while presenting and developing proposals for $1M+ software development contracts.I've also worked as a freelance/independent Android developer and game designer with one self produced and published title available on Google Play.
