I am a seasoned, senior executive with P&L leadership experience spanning global publicly-traded enterprises to middle market growth firms to entrepreneurial start-ups. At Colliers (NASDAQ: CIGI; Global Commercial Real Estate Services), I was President Southeast and Mid-Central Brokerage leading a team of 900+ in US Brokerage operations. With nearly $500 million in P&L responsibility, I oversaw management, personnel, finance, marketing, HR, strategy, legal/compliance, and operations in my region in a public company environment. I have founded two start-ups in the environmental services sector including my current endeavor a for-profit enterprise with patented technology to eradicate Forever Chemicals (PFAS, PFOA, PFOS) and other contaminants from drinking and waste water, industrial/commercial water, groundwater, and landfill leachate water.I am an active private equity and credit investor in the areas of: AI, blockchain, digital asset ecosystems, augmented and virtual reality, cybersecurity and traditional operating businesses. I am a value add commercial real estate investor, nearly agnostic to asset class. Born and raised in rural Iowa, I earned a Bachelor's degree from Babson College (where I am currently a member of the Board of Trustees) in Entrepreneurship and Finance and an MBA from Harvard Business School. I've traveled to more than 100 countries.
