• Responsible for all aspects of the Accuseal Automated Relief Valve (ARV/EBV) and Isolation Ball Valve (IBV) product lines including sales, engineering, procurement, production, quality, and service.
• Manage product line team to provide a quality high-performance product that meets all customer expectations and maintains complete product traceability.
• Work with sales and operations teams to maintain and exceed target business and quality levels for the product line while meeting all compliance requirements.
• Provide technical sales and engineering support to customers in sales and field environments.

• Responsible for all day-to-day engineering needs for the Accuseal Metal Seated Ball Valve product line.
• Use computer aided design software and perform calculations in order to design and engineer metal seated ball valves to meet industry standards (ASME B16.34, API 608, etc.) and customer specifications. Includes the.
• Primary technical sales and engineering resource for customers in sales and field environments in order to determine valve and automation related needs and develop the most effective solution to their problems.
• Coordinate the organization, tracking, and completion of all field service and factory service work including the evaluation, repair, and customer follow-up for each item.
• Determine product and manufacturing needs, plan research and development projects, collect, organize, and analyze all related data and information, and develop plans of action and solutions to improve processes and.
• Assist with the generation and implementation of all required documentation, processes, training, and audits required to obtain ISO 9001 and Pressure Equipment Directive certifications.
