Operations Efficiency And Project Specialist
Current-Provide proactive support as a contributing partner on various Corporate and Operations initiatives and projects- Actively participate in projects and take accountability for researching, analyzing and providing input on business and system improvements- Review proposed requirements and project team outputs to ensure business needs are catures appropriately - Work closely with all Operations teams to evaluate scope of specific projects, product costs and effort estimates-Facilitate and participate in impact assessment sessions from analyzing, interviewing, process mapping, gap analysis, developing solutions and recommendations and execute deliverables - Utilize lean tools and methodologies socialize and influence proposed changes with various stakeholder groups to obtain necessary support and agreement to proceed with proposed recommendations-Complete post implementation reviews of projects and process reviews to monitor and collect feedback to ensure process optimization- Identify, assess and execute process improvements that increase efficiency and enable the capabilities of our delivery partners and enhance the Member and employee experience - Manage the implementation of process changes through effective communication, change management plans, education and training to all Operations teams- Provided management with status updates, feedback and appropriate reporting on projects and process reviews. - Established effective and collaborative working relationships with team members, stakeholders, business partners and 3rd party vendors.
