While having a passion for robust risk management and governance, I have spearheaded and overseen numerous high growth financial services businesses and products. I am known for having an innate ability to discern the crux of complex issues amidst distractions and noise and being calm and collected under pressure.Currently, I am an active investor, advisor, and company director. Prior to this, I was an Executive and Board Director at Wingate, a Melbourne-based investment firm where, as Managing Director I built Wingate Property from the ground up, overseeing over $5 billion in property debt and equity investments. Additionally, I drove the creation, development and management of the Wingate Investment Partners Trust debt fund, which now stands at over $1 billion. As a partner and senior executive within this broad and diverse investment business, I acquired extensive executive and non-executive Board and Committee experience.I am passionate about engaging with visionary, evolving and growing businesses that appreciate sound judgement and clarity of thinking and would value my expertise as an advisor, Board director, and/or as an active contributor and member of investment committees.
