Operating in this way enables me and those involved to work with maximum efficiency and minimal risk, whilst providing dynamic options for projects.I support Learning Designers with their ideas and designs. This involves providing advice and practical support with software tips, developing and testing ideas, creating assets (illustrations or photos), producing supporting material like posters, and giving advice on brand guidelines. I interpret briefs from the wider team (Leadership, support, and research) to bring life to their needs with enthusiasm and creativity. One example of this is working on a project called LeadFest which was a 6 week, development center for all leaders within the Co-op Food. I was responsible for all the aesthetics and quality of the festival design as well as producing all supporting material.
