I'm always looking for opportunities to implement the agile style of working when cooperating with the wider team to encourage innovation and creative collaboration. Operating in this way enables me and those involved to work with maximum efficiency and minimal risk, whilst providing dynamic options for projects.I support Learning Designers with their ideas and designs. This involves providing advice and practical support with software tips, developing and testing ideas, creating assets (illustrations or photos), producing supporting material like posters, and giving advice on brand guidelines. I interpret briefs from the wider team (Leadership, support, and research) to bring life to their needs with enthusiasm and creativity. One example of this is working on a project called LeadFest which was a 6 week, development center for all leaders within the Co-op Food. I was responsible for all the aesthetics and quality of the festival design as well as producing all supporting material. The success of Leadfest meant that the original idea of a single one-off festival was changed to be an annual event. We are now into our 4th year. Due to coronavirus the 4th year is now all digital. Yes, great at creating the brand but when It came at taking it to the next steps with scaling it and just the sheer amount of things on my to-do list was quite overwhelming.
