Ensure future growth by executing a defined strategy to deliver the long term plan. Make sure all Management perform tasks to agreed standards. Anaylze reports to ensure Hotel profitability. Analyze results from audits and take necessary action to resolve and implement. Ensure a pleasant stay for all Guests. Work in conjuction with the owners to maximise revenue and develop strategies to ensure profitability and increase in revpar yearly.

Contracting - making sure the correct contracts are offered to the Corporates at the right price.
