Ryan has over 15 years global professional experience, including 6.5 years in UK, 12 years in HK, in the area of civil, structural, nuclear, power and mining. His experience includes managing interdisciplinary teams involving technical analyses, including static, seismic and extreme temperature analyses, feasibility studies, detailed structural design, structural safety assessment of existing structures and addition & alteration works design. He has extensive experience in 3D modelling skills for studying the structural behaviour and assessing the structural integrity of structures subject to static, seismic and extreme environmental loads on a number of projects for existing power stations in UK. He has extensive liaison experience in residential and commercial projects in HK and CCGT power station project in UK. Throughout his career, he has established skills in managing and delivering engineering services for various types of development including high rise residential/commercial building with deep basement, footbridge, power station, waste management, metro station, industrial development and modular construction. Currently Ryan is the Divisional Director of Structural Team in Hong Kong office. He is leading the design team in delivering structural and geotechnical design, modular construction design and civil engineering design for various development projects.
