Having experience with two huge global companies, I’ve learned a deep sense of personal connection. Despite working in IT where human communication is veering more digital, I still think that we have to remember that a human is behind every single one of those posts, likes, or comments. Learning how the digital mechanics work in today’s age is a passion of mine. It’s taken me a lot of time, effort, and most importantly: observation. I feel as though I have developed a sense as to how these “‘mechanics” work. Specifically, I’ve achieved this by leading groups with both of the Fortune 500 companies at which I've worked.I am a leader. I have a passion to lead. I think that my personality is unique enough that I can find a connection with almost everyone. I hope to one day be in a position where I am able to lead people: work with them, help develop them professionally, and assist in their overall growth as not just an employee, but also as a human.
