Pioneered efforts to create and maintain accurate Bill of Material data as a Star Schema with the data engineering team that lead to process improvements in daily reports for sales and shipments. Tracked and managed projects as a production team lead, and analyst on over $100K worth of contracts within the first year at the firm. Determined the economic impacts of $690M worth of investment in Midvale City, Utah using regression analysis and various other statistical methods. Performed a cost-benefit analysis that helped the taxing entities in Millard County, Utah determine if the financing of commercial development with a potential assessed valuation of $14M was feasible. Performed various other tax increment financing analyses and rate studies for multiple municipalities across the State of Utah.

I worked closely with the City Manager on a wide variety of highly visible projects normally typical of a management analyst role. For example, I created a six-year policy level budget for a special purpose district that was used to determine an appropriate tax to finance needed repairs. Other projects included bond ratios and benchmarking, parking ordinance updates, and internal travel policy updates.

I have worked on the development of two general plans for the cities of Tabiona and Laverkin Utah. This included all the publishing and writing. I also pioneered for the company a new form of public outreach that utilizes social media advertising to get feedback from the general public about pressing client issues. In just less than a week most surveys receive over 100 responses, which for small local governments, is a big deal.

Provided paraprofessional planning assistance to further the mission of the community and economic development department. I prepared initial staff report drafts and interfaced with the public about questions regarding zoning and business licensing.
