Expanded corporate grant portfolio to nearly $1 million per year and initiated local fundraising activities. •Management of grant-funded projects – Oversaw the effective management of grant-funded portfolio, responsible for partnerships, negotiations with donors and partners, and support to the Program team’s efforts in program quality and grants management. Strengthened Plan's capacities related to donor engagement, compliance, and performance on donor and internal audits. Efforts contributed to Plan Vietnam receiving the highest assurance rating from Plan International’s internal auditing unit.
