Systems Engineering Manager 2 - Software Integration & Test Lead
Current• Functional manager for a team of 10 engineers, overseeing performance and professional development• Software Integration and Test Lead for a team of 5 engineers for 8 different software products• Conduct routine status briefings to Northrop Grumman senior leadership and both internal/external customers, maintaining strong stakeholder communication • Maintain employee engagement through a combination of technical training, employee career coaching, and mentoring• Responsible for staffing, hiring, performance reviews and process improvement • Drive formal verification of requirements, regression testing, test plans, test procedures, and integration troubleshooting at various sites• Perform software test, requirement validation, verification, and support Ground/Flight Tests • Conduct iterative software build troubleshooting and bug identification • Author and maintain configuration of software product Test Procedures and Test Plans• Work across the product, program, engineering, hardware, software, and infrastructure teams to manage requirements, scope, and maintain on-time site delivery • Assess schedule risks, anticipate issues, overcome technical obstacles, and make difficult decisions while managing a technical team and schedule to drive deployment goals and meet our government customer commitments
