I also identify and execute strategies to enhance the value and performance of our portfolio, working with our asset management, acquisitions, and property management teams.In addition to my role at Makaan, I am a co-owner of The Landry Group, a father-son real estate partnership that assists buyers and sellers of all kinds of properties, including residential, commercial, farm and ranch, and luxury transactions. We are brokered by LPT Realty LLC and based in Spring, TX. I leverage my economics and facility management background, as well as my investor relations skills, to deliver exceptional service and results to our clients. I am also an IRS Section 170 Bargain Sale Certified Specialist and a licensed real estate agent in Texas.
